Anyone can transfer money abroad, whether to family and friends, for travel, or for business commitments.
Anyone can still transfer money from Brazil to Portugal through the Braza-On app.

Any person of legal age, or company, can transfer money quickly and securely abroad, whether to family and friends or to meet international business commitments.
To do this, the sender must go to a MaxPay counter, with the necessary documents and data, to create their customer file in person, indicating the information of the beneficiaries they wish to associate.
The MaxPay database is owned solely by MaxPay. Only MaxPay employees have access to the data system. Data is confidential, personal, and non-transferable.
Only you have the authority to change, add, or remove information from your customer file, either in person or via the email address registered in your customer file.
Data is not provided to third parties, except by court order or to entities legally authorized for this purpose, upon request.
The customer can send or exchange foreign currency of any value as long as it meets the legal, bureaucratic and compliance requirements, taxes by Portugal or the destination country, considering the opening hours of banking entities, business days and holidays, as well as occurrences not attributable to MaxPay, its agents or correspondents.
Exchange rates are subject to change and are dictated by the exchange market.

MaxPay reserves the right not to carry out the requested operations if the customer:
– Failure to submit the required documentation as required by law, particularly the law on combating money laundering and terrorist financing;
– Refusing to comply with the required legal procedures.
Remessa 60 Minutos: This service is available on business days until 5:00 PM (winter time) or 6:00 PM (summer time), allowing the remittance to be credited to the beneficiary’s account within 60 minutes of sending the remittance (according to Brazilian banking hours).
All remittances made after 5:00 PM (winter time) and 6:00 PM (summer time) will be processed the next business day.
PIX: Service available every day, until 10:00 pm (winter time) or until 11:00 pm (summer time), which allows the remittance to be credited to the beneficiary’s account after the processing time (approximately 20 minutes).
60-Minute Remittance: Service available every day, allowing you to withdraw your money after 60 minutes, depending on the opening hours of the branches in Angola and Cape Verde.
Bank Account Remittance: Service available Monday through Friday for transfers made before 5:00 PM.
Interbank transfers are only available the next business day.
Brazil: Orders are paid into the beneficiary’s bank account (checking account, savings account, or via PIX).
Portugal/ Angola/ Cape Verde: Orders are paid at the counter and into a bank account.
Rest of the World: Orders are always paid at the counter in local currency.
Orders are paid into a bank account in local currency or USD, depending on the destination country.
If Individual:
– Full Name;
– Full Address (with ZIP Code);
– Country of Residence;
– Telephone and Email;
– Date of Birth;
– Nationality and Place of Birth;
– Profession, Employer, and Professional Status;
Mandatory documents:
– Original identification document valid in Brazil
(e.g., Citizen Card, Residence Permit, etc.);
– Proof of CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry),
– Proof of Residence (if resident);
– Registration Form (provided by MaxPay);
– GDPR (provided by MaxPay).
If Legal Entity:
– Name;
– Corporate Purpose;
– Headquarters Address and Postal Code;
– Telephone Number;
– Country of Headquarters;
– Country of Incorporation;
– CAE Code.
Mandatory documents:
– Permanent certificate;
– NIPC;
– RCBE;
– Identification document of the person responsible for the company;
– Identification document of the person appointed to carry out transactions on the company’s behalf.
If another person carries out transactions on the company’s behalf, an authorization statement must be presented, signed and stamped by the person responsible for the company.
– Registration Form (provided by MaxPay).
MaxPay is not responsible for:
– Delays due to incorrect data (e.g., beneficiary name, bank name, branch, account type, and account number);
– Accounts subject to special conditions or restrictions;
– CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) suspended, canceled, or pending regularization;
– Delays caused by strikes;
– Other occurrences such as problems with the telecommunications network, computer system failures, modems and connection software, and electrical and internet faults.
The following documents are considered valid:
– Portuguese ID card or ID card from a Schengen Area country;
– Military ID card;
– Citizen Card;
– Residence Permit (Portuguese only);
– Passport;
– Consular/Diplomat ID card;
– CPF proof.
All documents must be valid and in good condition.
Withdrawals can be made at any MaxPay counter in Portugal, Angola, or Cape Verde, with guaranteed availability within 60 minutes.
For MaxPay Portugal or Angola, you must present a valid ID and your tax identification number.
For MaxPay Cape Verde, you only need to present a valid ID.
To obtain information about the status of your transfer, MaxPay provides a Customer Service Center through the Free Line 800 200 770, number +351 210 438 270 or you can consult your Customer Area on our Website or APP.
Refunds are possible as long as the amount is returned to MaxPay by the bank.
The customer will be responsible for paying all fees and commissions due for the transfer upon cancellation of the order for reasons not attributable to MaxPay.
